St Anthony of Padua School Austral Redevelopment
Expand the college to 2,480 students with enhanced education facilities, outdoor spaces, and community-accessible amenities.
Artea Green Ventures (AGV) provided independent environmental auditing services for the redevelopment of St Anthony of Padua School in Austral, in accordance with State Significant Development (SSD) requirements.
The project involved reviewing environmental management and regulatory compliance for an expanded education campus designed to include new and refined buildings, outdoor sporting fields, courts, garden areas, natural bushland preservation zones, and communal piazza spaces. AGV conducted site inspections, verified environmental management systems, and assessed adherence to conditions under the approved SSD and EIS.
Audits included evaluation of impacts related to land use, traffic, parking, stormwater management, biodiversity preservation, and community accessibility. Coordination with the client, contractors, and regulatory authorities ensured that mitigation measures and environmental safeguards were effectively implemented. Detailed technical reports documented compliance, findings, and recommendations for continuous improvement, supporting the college’s commitment to sustainable development and responsible construction practices.
Through independent verification, AGV reinforced the project’s compliance with environmental obligations and contributed to the safe, sustainable, and community-focused delivery of educational infrastructure.
