Trinity Grammar School Redevelopment
Renewal of the Summer Hill campus with new teaching facilities, administration, and improved campus infrastructure
Artea Green Ventures (AGV) provided independent environmental auditing services for the next phase of the Trinity Grammar School Summer Hill campus redevelopment, in line with State Significant Development (SSD) requirements.
The scope included assessing environmental management, compliance, and regulatory obligations for the construction of a new four-storey building housing flexible teaching and learning spaces, administrative offices, Reception, and the relocated Arthur Holt Library. AGV conducted site inspections, verified environmental management systems, and reviewed mitigation measures for traffic, stormwater, heritage impacts, and biodiversity.
Audits also evaluated the integration of prior infrastructure upgrades, including the new carpark under Number 3 Oval, relocated maintenance facilities, and pedestrian access improvements. Detailed technical reports documented compliance, findings, and recommendations to ensure sustainable, safe, and responsible construction practices. AGV liaised with the School, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure adherence to SSD conditions and environmental safeguards throughout the project.
Through independent verification, AGV supported the School’s commitment to providing modern, functional, and sustainable educational facilities while maintaining compliance and minimising environmental impacts. Completion of this phase is anticipated by the start of the 2027 school year.
